Shipping policy

All our website orders are shipped via Australia Post from our warehouse in Western Sydney*. Orders are sent tracked with signature. You will receive an Auspost tracking number once your order has shipped. If you are not home when the post comes, your order will be available for collection at the local post office a few hours later. Australia Post do a fantastic job all year round and are even more amazing at Christmas. Of course things can happen but time and time again, they have been doing a great job delivering presents to all our riders!

*Unfortunately, the warehouse is not geared up for customer collections.
